Real Psych Solutions provides Real Psychology Solutions online, both Practical Self-Help Materials as well as Resources for Mental Health and Living Well. We are physically located at The Center for Empowerment in Dana Point, CA, but we have a global following. Our aim is to provide useful and practical self-help materials based on the work of licensed mental health and medical professionals, certified Lifestyle, Wellness, and Executive Coaches and other recognized Experts.
The Coaching and Counseling page offers some useful articles on choosing between Self-Help, Coaching and Counseling, and working with a Counselor or Coach, as well as links to referral sources for finding Counselors or Coaches.
We offer lots of great, Free Materials on our Free Resources page, as well as an online Store with economical, valuable, and insightful items from many different authors. The free PSY PSEARCH search engine is focused only on high quality sites of interest to our visitors, so it returns great results, and is useful for both consumer oriented as well as professional research.
